I don’t look nor sound my age. Outwardly, I always have to show my ID when I’m buying a drink. Inwardly, I’m an old soul with an incurable dependency on caffeine.
I’m an engineer by profession, and I’m currently pursuing my postgrad in London in sustainable energy systems. When I’m not so busy with school, you can find me roaming around with my camera, experimenting in the kitchen or clumsily scuffling my way at the rock climbing gym.
I dabble in a lot of things but mostly, I love to write. I attribute my love for the written word to my mother who invested most of her hard-earned salary in books for me and my late uncle who showed me the magic and power of writing. I write to understand – from the events that have unfolded in my life to the people I meet, using words to reconcile with my own thoughts. Essentially, I write to appreciate what it’s like to be human.
This blog has been my outlet for random musings for years – it’s a good starting point to give you a picture of who I am. If you’d like to get in touch, feel free to contact me – I assure you I’m pretty harmless.
Welcome, and enjoy your stay.
“We write to taste life twice, in the moment
and in retrospect.” ~ Anaïs Nin
